On October 26, 2016, Banque du Liban issued circular 135 on Debt Restructuring developed in cooperation with the Banks Association of Lebanon and the International Finance Corporation, part of the World Bank Group (WBG)

The following slides present the implementation details of the 135 as set by the Banking Control Commission of Lebanon Circular N. 284 of February 15, 2017.
